1. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. If you are not satisfied with the final delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the completed work.

Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Creative Studio and are typically only available if:

• The delivered work significantly deviates from the agreed-upon requirements.
• We are unable to complete the project within the agreed timeframe due to our own fault.

Refund : Approved Refunds will be processed and credited within 5-6 days.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, if work has already commenced, a cancellation fee may apply proportional to the work completed.

3. Revisions

We offer a specific number of revisions as per the service package purchased. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Revisions are not considered grounds for a refund unless the work is fundamentally flawed.
